Kin Dee Thai & Pho is a restaurant that specializes in Thai cuisine, with a particular emphasis on dishes from the northeast region of Thailand, which is known for its Vietnamese influence. They offer a variety of Thai dishes, including a notable dish called TomYum Pad Thai, which is a stir-fried noodle dish with chicken and shrimp, egg, bean sprouts, scallion in a Thai tamarind and spicy lemongrass sauce, topped with ground peanuts. Some popular item are:
- Pad Thai: This is a stir-fried rice noodle dish with egg, sweet radish, green onions, and bean sprouts in a homemade Pad Thai sauce. It’s noted as Thailand’s authentic, most popular dish
- TomYum Pad Thai: A unique dish that combines stir-fried noodles with chicken and shrimp, egg, bean sprouts, and scallion in a Thai tamarind and spicy lemongrass sauce, topped with ground peanuts.
- Crab Rangoon with Pineapple Sauce: This dish has been praised for its delicious pineapple sauce
- Teriyaki with Fresh Vegetables: This dish is noted for its generous portion of fresh vegetables
Sabrina’s take: Mostly take out, but people eat there as well. It’s pretty new, and in a little residential pocket of Lexington. My dad loves their khao soi, especially when he’s under the weather. Bonus points because this is an easy walk from my house. My friends love to get iced coffee, and one of them even went to get their fried rice every day for 3 weeks straight this summer. The tom yum fried rice is one of my favorites. I normally don’t love fried rice but this is one that I will eat repeatedly.
